Reading your lot is free.
You pay at export.
Reading a lot costs us seconds and costs the drafting services a drafter’s day — so that step is free, and you pay once, when the drawings leave with you. Your first export is half price.

arrives in seconds · revisions instant, free, forever
“The reviewer wants changes.”
Come back, change the model, re-export. Seconds, free, every time, forever — not “revision rounds”. Rounds are a concept invented by services where each round costs a drafter’s day; here a revision is a model edit, and the sheets redraw themselves. This is the moment the $99 services make you wait another day, and it is the moment we are fastest.
Rejected over the drawings? 100% back.
If a building department rejects your application over the content of these drawings, send us the rejection notice within 90 days and we refund the export in full. No revision gauntlet first, no partial credit. One asterisk, stated before you pay rather than after: jurisdictions that require a surveyor’s or engineer’s stamp are excluded — no unstamped plan can pass there, ours included, and we tell you to check before you order.

One thing none of the three sells: a stamped plan or a legal survey. If your city requires a surveyor’s, architect’s or engineer’s seal, none of these services work — you need the licensed professional, and every one of us should tell you so before you pay.
The fine print, in plain type
- Why one-time and not a subscription: a homeowner permits once or twice in a lifetime. A monthly fee would just be a thing you cancel in month one, and we would rather be the tool you recommend than the charge you dispute.
- What free actually gets you: the full reading and a full-fidelity, watermarked preview of every sheet — not a teaser crop. A few lots a day without an account; leave an email to read more.
- What no price here buys: a stamped plan, a legal survey, structural calculations, or Title 24 energy compliance. Those need licensed people; we hand off and say so on the first screen.
